Technical Oversight and Supervision
Onsite Technical and Quality Oversight Representative: Serving as a customer onsite liaison during outage operations, ensuring client interests are prioritized. Acting as an engineering consultant, providing an additional perspective during outage periods, including inspecting forms and conducting secondary parts reviews. Collaborating with craft labor, coaching as necessary, and advising on optimization sequencing and adherence to QA/QC procedures. Implementing FME practices and providing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) oversight assistance. Active participation in pre, mid, and post-outage meetings, and supporting the execution team by aiding in parts identification for reassembly. Daily observation reports are submitted to ensure thorough documentation of activities.
